Design
Mermaid, Pinellia Green, and Reef Black are the three colour options available for the Oppo Reno 14 5G Chinese version. In the meantime, the Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G comes in Reef Black, Mermaid, and Calla Lily Purple.
However, the Oppo Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G global versions are available in Titanium Grey and Opal White, respectively, and Luminous Green and Opal White, respectively.
Both phones are anticipated to include a rear camera unit with vertically stacked lenses, contained in a rectangular module. The Reno 14 5G comes in various colour options, and it has a gradient aura design with an iridescent glow process-made back panel and a glowing halo surrounding the camera module.

The MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC powers the Oppo Reno 14 5G, while a Dimensity 8450 chipset powers the Reno 14 Pro 5G. Both phones include up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 internal storage and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. They come with ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15.

A 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS capability, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3.5x optical zoom are all rumoured to be part of the regular Oppo Reno 14 5G's triple rear camera unit.
A 50-megapixel front-facing camera with a JN5 sensor for selfies and video calls may be included in both phones.
Battery
The Oppo Reno 14 5G's Chinese version has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging. The larger 6,200mAh battery that powers the Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G also supports 50W AIRVOOC wireless rapid charging.
