The music mogul was scolded by the presiding judge, Arun Subramanian, for making certain facial gestures while looking at the jury and attempting to make eye contact.

Moreover, the judge made it clear that such actions are 'absolutely unacceptable' and warned that if Diddy doesn't stop this, he could be kicked out of the courtroom entirely. This led to an apology from Diddy's legal team.

The incident surfaced in the news a day after a woman, who is reportedly a Diddy supporter, was removed from the courtroom for yelling obscenities at the jury, accusing them of targeting Black legacy.

According to Variety, during a lunch break, the Bad Boy Records producer was seen nodding enthusiastically at the juniors as a witness gave their testimony. Following this, Judge Subramanian scolded attorney Marc Agnifilo, saying that he was very clear that there should be no facial expressions to the jury. "I could not have been clearer," he added.

He said, "There was a line of questioning where your client was nodding vigorously and looking at the jury." According to the rules, there should never be any attempts to interact with the jury by any means.

In response to the judge's question about whether this behaviour will be repeated, the rapper's legal team said, "No, your honour, it's not going to happen again."

Arun Subramanian went on to warn the 55-year-old rapper that he will give an instruction to the jury, or it could result in the exclusion of their client from the courtroom, and if he doesn't comply with the rules, he will be excluded from the courtroom.

Moreover, as per the report, Diddy mostly remained composed and calm during the trial, even during the testimony of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. According to journalists, he maintained a grim expression while attempting to glance in her direction.

However, during some testimonies, he looked directly at the jurors and even made gestures to the public and his family sitting behind him, especially during the testimony of his former assistant, George Kaplan.
